What are the inscription fees?

Inscription to the meeting is free but mandatory. The deadline is November 7 (October 29 for abstract submission).

What will be the language of the meeting?

Talks will be given in English

How do I register/submit an abstract?

Registration and abstract submission both take place on the Registration page. Choose "Create a new account" and fill out the fields. To validate your registration, you must click on the link sent to you in the registration email.

Submissions can be amended until the deadlines. In order to do it, login onto the website, then go to "My Space", then "Register". Do not pay attention to the "Submissions" folder.

Note: abstracts will not be available on the web. A pdf version of the program (including abstracts) will be sent to each particpiant.

Where does the meeting take place?

The Curie Institute is located in the 5th arrondissement of Paris, 26 rue d'Ulm (see access map)

Where can I find a hotel?

You will find here a list of hotels in the neighborhood, with negotiated prices

Book either by email or by phone and indicate that it is the for Curie Institute/FSER meeting. Payment will be made on site.
